‘Villa Maja’ is a 142m2 house located in a quiet resort ‘Paradiž’ (paradise), perfect for a family holiday. You have on disposal 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are equipped with 3 double beds, and 4th one has 2 single beds available. The house also offers 2 bathrooms (one with a washing machine), living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, porch, large 600m2 yard with a 32m2 swimming pool for maximum enjoyment. The house has just been restored few years ago and everything in it is as new. The property has 4 Air Conditioning units (1 on the ground floor + each bedroom on the 1st floor has its own Air Conditioning unit), comfortable corner set with LCD TV in the living room and fully equipped kitchen. The 32m2 Pool will provide you with a lot of fun and it’s more than enough to accommodate several people at once. Around the pool, you have 6 new sun loungers and 2 sunshades at your disposal. Barbecue is ready for preparing meat and fish specialties, and your group can spend evenings dining together on the front porch. The house provides 2 private parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, SAT-TV and a Play Station 3 for gaming.

- Check-in 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM, You need to let the property know what time you'll be arriving in advance.
- Check-out Until 10:00 AM
- Refundable damage deposit (a damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property)
- Child policies - Children of all ages are welcome. • Children 6 and above are considered adults at this property.
- Pets are allowed but additional charges apply. 10 EUR per pet / per day
- Crib by request is free. The maximum number of cribs allowed depends on the room you choose. Double-check the maximum capacity for the room you selected.
- This property doesn't offer extra beds.
- Parties/events are NOT allowed

Everything about the location, the house and the people involved was wonderful, Swimming pool was great! House is beautiful, very clean and it is close to both Pula and Rovinj for some sight seeing!
We were at Villa Maja in the mid September 2020, 3 families, with 7 kids. The place was great for us, secured, playground near the house… Great experience…
